Amanda F. Blevins Gillen, a 20-year-old woman from Upper Sandusky, Ohio, tragically died on September 6, 2014, in Middletown, Ohio. She was born on July 8, 1994, to Matthew and Robin Blevins. Amanda is survived by her husband, Keegan Gillen, and their daughter, Stella Gillen.

The cause of Amanda's death was a gunshot wound to the head. According to police reports, Amanda and her boyfriend, Deangelo J. Jones, age 19, were preparing to play a game of Russian roulette. Jones loaded a revol ...
