Chandler Baker, an 18-year-old male from Cheviot, Ohio, was fatally shot on November 25, 2014. He was visiting his mother's apartment at the Dina Terrace Apartments when he stepped outside for a smoke. Shortly after 3:30 a.m., a patrolling officer heard gunshots near the apartments and found Baker wounded behind the building. He was taken to Mercy West Hospital, where he died shortly after arrival.
