Tyquan A. Collins, a 23-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on December 13, 2014, in Columbus, Ohio. Collins was fatally shot in the upper body while on or near the back patio of the Schrock Tavern, located at 1455 Schrock Road. He was found by Columbus Police Officers who heard a gunshot near the rear of the business and observed Collins running across the rear parking lot before collapsing on the pavement.
