Leroy Williams III, a 36-year-old African American male, passed away unexpectedly on December 13, 2014, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio. Born on September 29, 1978, in East St. Louis, Illinois, he was the son of the late Leroy Williams Jr. and Cassondra L. Montgomery. Leroy was a graduate of Mansfield Senior High School, where he played football and achieved third place in the state.
