On February 12, 2015, Angelica Caddick, a 36-year-old woman, was found shot to death in an upstairs apartment in the 14400 block of Triskett Road in Cleveland, Ohio. She was discovered alongside Victor Horn, a 23-year-old man, both of whom had multiple gunshot wounds.
