Annie Sims, a 27-year-old woman from Cleveland, Ohio, tragically lost her life on July 29, 2018. She was found dead in the lobby of her apartment building in Richmond Heights, with her 17-month-old daughter uninjured beside her. The incident was determined to be a murder-suicide, carried out by Annie's boyfriend, Joseph Debow. Debow entered the apartment building, shot Annie in front of their daughter, and then took his own life outside the building.
