Xavier Luis Vega, a 27-year-old man from Youngstown, Ohio, tragically died on April 17, 2015. He was known for his vibrant personality and was often described as the life of the party. Xavier was eagerly awaiting the arrival of his unborn child and was spending time with his son, Lawrence "Law" Vega, and his fiancé, Ashley O'Neal. His death was a significant loss to his family and friends.
