Courtney Fowler, a 25-year-old woman from Felicity, Ohio, tragically lost her life on April 17, 2015. She was found shot to death at her home in Felicity by her boyfriend, Michael Wilcox. Wilcox, who was 27 years old at the time, later claimed that he was under the influence of drugs and that music was telling him to do something crazy. He shot Fowler twice, once in the front and once in the back, with a .45-caliber handgun.
