Death by Force

On May 14, 2000, Michelli Wilson, age 37, was tragically murdered in her home on Bell Street in Barberton, Ohio. The Barberton Police Department responded to the scene after Wilson’s daughter discovered her mother and her mother's boyfriend, Edward Rhodes, both lying dead on a bed. The victims had been shot, and both died from gunshot wounds. It was determined that Wilson and Rhodes were last seen alive approximately twenty hours before their bodies were found.
