Jean Elliott, a 49-year-old woman from Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically lost her life on May 17, 2015. She was shot and killed in front of her grandchildren when she returned home from a family reunion. Her 12-year-old granddaughter was also injured in the attack but survived. The incident occurred during a burglary, and only a cell phone was stolen.
