Walter Lee Fly, a 51-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically died on May 25, 2015, in Columbus, Ohio. He was found inside his vehicle, which had crashed into a wooden privacy fence at the rear of a home in the 800 block of S. 18th Street just after 2:10 p.m. The circumstances surrounding his death were suspicious, leading to an investigation by the Columbus Police Department's Homicide Unit.
