Ramon Devionte Burnett, a 5-year-old African American boy, tragically lost his life on September 4, 2015, in Cleveland, Ohio. Ramon was playing football in a small courtyard behind his grandmother's home on Louise Harris Drive when he was caught in the crossfire between two men involved in a shootout. The incident occurred as part of a drive-by shooting, and Ramon was an innocent bystander who became a victim of the escalating violence in the area.
