Rasheed Bandy, a 35-year-old man from Cleveland, OH, was tragically killed on January 21, 2016. He was one of two victims in a double homicide at The Archer apartment complex in downtown Cleveland. The incident occurred when James Antonio Johnson, a 31-year-old man, forced his way into an apartment unit and robbed everyone inside before opening fire. Bandy and another victim, 27-year-old Brandon James, were killed in the shooting. The other two people present in the apartment were unharmed.
