James Gardner, a 26-year-old male from Cleveland, OH, tragically passed away on June 28, 2021. His death was the result of a fatal beating by two unknown male assailants. The incident occurred on April 14, 2021, when Gardner was shopping at the Family Dollar Store in East Cleveland. Surveillance footage captured part of the incident, showing that Gardner had a pouch with approximately $10,000 in cash, which he left in a shopping cart.
