Deontae Fisher, a 7-year-old African American boy from Columbus, Ohio, tragically lost his life on March 4, 2016. Deontae was killed by gunfire in a gang-related crossfire while sitting in his mother's car at the ExpressMart parking lot. His five-year-old brother and a 19-year-old were also injured in the incident.

The investigation into Deontae's death led to the arrest of 18-year-old Marctarius Grace, who was charged with murder and later sentenced to life in prison. Additionally, 19 me ...
