Charles Weathers, a 46-year-old male, was tragically shot and killed on March 5, 2016, in Cincinnati, OH. He was found dead in the 700 block of Derrick Turnbow Avenue, outside an apartment building, around 2:30 a.m. The Cincinnati Police Department's Fugitive Apprehension Unit responded to the scene and later identified Weathers as the victim.
