James Miller Jr., a 21-year-old male, tragically lost his life on April 5, 2016, in Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred when Miller and another individual, Gary Francis, were sitting in a vehicle near the intersection of Tussing and Brice Roads. Connor Jeffries, a 21-year-old acquaintance, approached the vehicle and opened fire, resulting in the deaths of both Miller and Francis.
