On July 16, 2016, five-year-old Sincere Peek tragically died after being shot in the head at his home in Cincinnati, Ohio. The incident occurred in the Madisonville neighborhood, where Sincere was playing with his older brother upstairs while their mother was downstairs. According to initial reports, it appeared that Sincere may have accidentally shot himself with a gun.
