Rachel Cassidy, a 40-year-old woman from Youngstown, Ohio, has been missing since November 16, 2023. Standing 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing approximately 170 pounds, Rachel has distinct red hair and green eyes. Prior to her disappearance, she frequented the south side of Youngstown and was well-known in the area. Despite struggling with addiction and mental health issues for over 25 years, Rachel remained in contact with her family until her sudden disappearance, leaving them deeply concerned.
