Rickey McGowan, a 25-year-old male from Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically lost his life on July 23, 2016. He was one of two victims in a shooting incident that occurred early that morning on Beekman Street in South Cumminsville. The other victim, Bobbie Odneal III, aged 23, was also killed in the incident. Two additional individuals were injured during the shooting.
