Mark E. Horne, a 48-year-old male from Columbus, OH, tragically died on August 27, 2016. He was killed at the Kozy Inn on South High Street around 1:35 a.m. Horne was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after.

The investigation into Horne's death led to the arrest of Monteria L. Watkins, a 32-year-old suspect. Watkins was charged with murder and taken into custody by Columbus police. According to police reports, Watkins approached Horne's hotel room and a fight ensued, during which Watki ...
