Angel Cruz, a 38-year-old Hispanic male from Lorain, OH, tragically died on September 1, 2016. He was killed in an apartment at Westgate Gardens on Leavitt Road in Lorain. The incident occurred just after midnight when gunfire erupted, leaving Angel Cruz and his brother, Jose Morales, dead. According to witnesses, the brothers were arguing when one brother shot and killed the other, and a neighbor then shot the remaining brother.
