Andre Eugene Hines, a 23-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on May 27, 2018, in Lorain, Ohio. Hines was fatally shot multiple times near the 2800 block of Apple Avenue early Sunday morning. He was transported to Mercy Regional Medical Center but succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
