On October 22, 2016, Bianca Arter, a 43-year-old woman from Youngstown, Ohio, was found dead in her home on Volney Road along with her 17-year-old son, Javier Arter. The police identified the incident as a suspected murder-suicide, but the exact circumstances and who fired the fatal shots remain unclear. Investigators were awaiting the results of an autopsy to gather more information.
