On October 25, 2016, 2-year-old Amiyah Bice, a young girl from Columbus, OH, tragically lost her life in a shooting incident at her family's home on Parkwick Drive in southwest Columbus. The incident also left her parents, Jessica Stanford and Julian Bice, injured. The family was preparing to have dinner when two armed men, later identified as Norman Burke and Jaquon Poindexter, forcibly entered their home.
