Edwin Alexis Guerrero, a 36-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically passed away on November 22, 2016, in Columbus, Ohio. Guerrero was fatally shot in the parking lot of a Wendy's restaurant on West Broad Street. He was transported to Mt. Carmel West Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
