On March 29, 2022, Marquise King, a 21-year-old man from Columbus, Ohio, was fatally shot in the 100 block of North Wilson Road. According to police reports, King was involved in a fight with 47-year-old Ronald Farrow, who pulled out a handgun and shot him. King was taken to Doctor's West Hospital in critical condition but was pronounced dead shortly after 10:50 p.m.
