David Ryan Nutt, a 40-year-old U.S. Army veteran from Columbus, Ohio, passed away on March 27, 2017, at OSU Medical Center. He was a loving husband to Tina Nutt and a devoted father to their four children: Kaitlyn, Piper, David, and Pilot. David was also survived by his parents, Henry and Dianna Nutt, and his brother, Rick.
