Gary L. Kennedy, a 66-year-old man from Rushsylvania, Ohio, tragically died on March 10, 2017, from a gunshot wound in the kitchen of his home. His wife, Rosalie Kennedy, a 63-year-old woman, was convicted of his murder. The incident occurred during a heated altercation between the couple, and Rosalie Kennedy claimed that Gary pulled out a gun first, prompting her to shoot him in self-defense. However, the jury found her guilty of murder and felonious assault, both with gun specifications.
