Reginald Redd Edwards, a 32-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically died on April 19, 2017, in Akron, Ohio. He was fatally shot in the parking lot of Kenneth D. Lindsey's apartment on Pine Knolls Drive. Lindsey, who was 28 years old at the time, turned himself in to Akron police detectives 13 days after the incident. He was subsequently charged with Edwards' murder.
