Carl Allen, a 25-year-old male from Dayton, OH, tragically lost his life on May 22, 2017. He was fatally shot in the neck while driving his car, which subsequently crashed into a median and rolled over. His two-year-old daughter, who was with him in the car, miraculously survived the accident with minor injuries.
