Aaron S. Smith, a 28-year-old African American male from Dayton, OH, tragically lost his life on April 1, 2014. Smith, affectionately known as "Skittles," was fatally shot on a basketball court at College Hill Park. The incident occurred in broad daylight and in the presence of numerous witnesses.
