On July 4, 2017, 19-year-old William Thomas was tragically shot and killed in the backyard of a residence located at 739 Oak Street in Walnut Hills, Cincinnati, OH. The incident occurred around 1:19 a.m., and Thomas was found with a gunshot wound to the back.

The suspect in this case, 18-year-old Quran Palmer, was arrested the following day and charged with murder. Palmer was also charged with a tinted window violation and was held on a $1,000,000 bond. According to police reports, Palme ...
