Theodore Anthony Stokes, a 20-year-old African American male from Columbus, OH, tragically lost his life on August 31, 2017. He was fatally shot at the corner of Traymore Place and Republic Avenue, alongside Daryll Gavin, who succumbed to his injuries several days later at Grant Hospital.
