Death by Force

On October 17, 2023, Anthony Donnell Cato, a 38-year-old resident of Columbus, Ohio, was shot and subsequently succumbed to his injuries at Grant Medical Center. The incident occurred around 1:54 AM when police responded to reports of a shooting in the 2600 block of Divot Place. Upon arrival, they found Cato lying on the sidewalk with an apparent gunshot wound. He was transported to the hospital but was pronounced dead at approximately 5:18 AM.
