Christian Hein, a 3-year-old boy from Richfield, Cleveland, OH, tragically died on September 28, 2017, from a gunshot wound to the head. The incident occurred in the Cleveland suburb of Parma, where Christian accidentally shot himself with a gun found in the console of his father's van. The toddler's father had a concealed carry permit, and Christian discovered the firearm while his father was outside the van saying goodbye to his parents.
