Melvin Ephraim, a 28-year-old male from Maple Heights, Ohio, tragically lost his life on December 10, 2017. He was found inside his vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds after crashing into a driveway on Friend Avenue. The incident occurred around 10:19 p.m. when police received a call about gunshots and a crash at the intersection of Friend and Paine Avenues. Ephraim was pronounced dead at Cleveland Clinic Marymount Hospital.
