Joseph Haynes, a 16-year-old male from Columbus, OH, tragically died on January 17, 2018. He was shot by Franklin County Sheriff's Deputy Richard Scarborough inside the Franklin County Juvenile Court. The incident occurred during a struggle involving Haynes, his mother, and the deputy.
