Brendan Phillips, a 29-year-old man from Cincinnati, OH, was tragically found dead on February 16, 2018, in a Mount Airy alley. His death was the result of an execution-style shooting, where he was shot eight times in the head. Phillips was lured into a car under the pretense of going on a double date, only to be ambushed by the occupants.
