Sharda Elmore, a 32-year-old man from Cleveland, Ohio, was fatally shot on February 18, 2018, in Cleveland's Buckeye Shaker neighborhood. The incident occurred at Elmore's home on Lamontier Avenue, where he was shot in the face. Shaker Heights Police arrested Charles Franklin, a 35-year-old man, as the suspect in the case.
