Joshua D. Bowers, a 27-year-old white male, tragically passed away on March 15, 2018, in Cleveland, Ohio. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and had recently returned home to help his mother care for his sister, who had suffered a traumatic brain injury in a car accident. Joshua was shot multiple times while in his truck near East 22nd Street and Superior Avenue in Cleveland. His truck crashed into a building following the shooting.
