On June 4, 2018, 2-year-old Jvonte Johnston of Dayton, Ohio, tragically died after being accidentally shot by his 13-year-old brother while playing with a gun. The incident occurred at their home in Harrison Township. Initially, investigators believed that Jvonte had accidentally shot himself, but it was later determined that his brother was holding the gun when it discharged.
