Stephen Tyrone Augustine, a 49-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on July 17, 2018, in Columbus, Ohio. Augustine was found lying on the ground suffering from a gunshot wound at the rear of Club Déjà Vu, located at 985 Hudson Street. Despite the immediate response from EMS and transportation to Riverside Methodist Hospital, he was pronounced deceased at 11:10 p.m.
