Elijah Wheeler, a 21-year-old male, was fatally shot on July 27, 2018, in Cincinnati, OH. He was found dead from gunshot wounds near Weber and Borden streets in the South Cumminsville area. The incident occurred in front of a church where members of the Wheeler and English families often gathered. Elijah was shot five times and died shortly after the shooting.

The suspect in Elijah's murder is Kahlia English, who was 29 years old at the time of the incident. English was arrested and charg ...
