Lekita Revette "KeKe" Hurd, a 30-year-old woman of African American ethnicity from Pflugerville, Texas, tragically died on March 22, 2020. She was shot multiple times in the head by her boyfriend, Demetrie Oneal Mann, inside their home on Forum Avenue near Wells Branch Parkway. The incident was reported by neighbors who heard two children running to their home to alert them that their mother had been shot.
