Death by Force

On November 21, 2023, 28-year-old Ramond Bean was fatally shot in Cincinnati's Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. Police responded to a report of a person shot just after noon near the intersection of Republic and Green streets. Upon arrival, officers found Bean suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
