In the early evening of Thursday, May 21, 2026, the northbound lanes of Interstate 71 in Cincinnati, Ohio, became the scene of a tragic and violent act. Robert Lee Rothwell III, a 22-year-old man, was a passenger in a vehicle traveling along the interstate when the unthinkable occurred.
