Tyler Evans, an 18-year-old male from Toledo, Ohio, tragically died on September 4, 2018, after being shot in the Old West End neighborhood. He was found lying face up with a pool of blood on his chest by a neighbor who heard what he initially thought were firecrackers. The incident occurred around 6:30 PM, and despite being rushed to St. Vincent Hospital, Tyler succumbed to his injuries.
