Philip V. Koenn, a 60-year-old Caucasian male from Cecil, Ohio, tragically died on September 20, 2018. He was found dead inside his home from apparent gunshot wounds. Koenn lived alone at the residence where the incident occurred. The Paulding County Sheriff's Office was called to the scene around 12:30 p.m. that day.
