Francisco Lucio, a 32-year-old man, was last seen on September 28, 2015, near Catarina, Texas. He was part of a group attempting to cross the U.S.-Mexico border when they encountered U.S. Border Patrol agents. In the ensuing confusion, Francisco ran and became separated from the group. He was able to contact his family via phone, stating that he was lost near Catarina. He also called 911 for assistance and communicated with authorities for about an hour.
